2、 Measurement principle and characteristics

2.1 Principle composition

Ultrasonic flowmeter is used to measure the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate of homogeneous liquid flow. The product mainly consists of a flow sensor (measuring the volume of liquid passing through the pipeline) and a calculation part (calculating the instantaneous flow rate and cumulative flow rate of the liquid).

2.2 Design and functional features

◆ Transducer: As the main signal generating component in ultrasonic flow meters, imported piezoelectric ceramic plates are used, which have stable performance and good consistency, ensuring high-precision measurement of ultrasonic flow meters.

◆ Self diagnostic function: During stable operation of the ultrasonic flowmeter, if there is abnormal communication, insufficient power, or human damage, the system will display the corresponding code and automatically save the data, waiting for the fault to be resolved before recovery.
